V4 voltages check

Just recapped my V4 and did a check of the lettered voltage points. These don't match the schematic: is this an issue?

I'm getting 506v at the plates. Using 6550s. Biased to 59MA.

A - 517v

B - 505v

C - 435v

D - 406v

E - 383v
