GV22 question about speakers

your wiring sounds right. many brands would use a shorting jack so that when no load was connected the secondary would be shorted. (which tends to blow a fuse) its something to think about.

in this case, I don't think the rubber isolation is needed. but I know in some of ampegs amplifiers, this is not the case.

Well I hooked it all up and it's working great. I'm unsure about isolating the Jack. I did just to be safe. The only problem now is an slight him from the transformers messing with the reverb plan. It goes away if I turn the reverb all the way down. I might have to spin the reverb tank to avoid those meaty transformers. Thanks for everybody's help. Much appreciated
