I have a 1965 GS 12 R with a LaFayette 12 inch 3-way speaker. There are two sets of wires on the speaker. One is a green and black pair that seem to be the primary power output. The other is a three conductor cable with red, blue and brown wires. This second cable has been cut and is just lying in the bottom of the cabinet. (photo attached) I don't see anyplace on the electronics case that suggests these wires were once connected, and the speaker seems to work just fine. Anyone have any idea what is going on here?
