I have a B-2R  Serial #:  TBRDK20040. It is taking a along time to power up and I don't think the fan is working. I will turn it on and about 3 minutes later I get sound. I also would like the year of manufacture.

Does it take a long time to power up?  or does the power light come on quick, it just takes a long time to hear anything?

typically what Ive seen in amps like this is that the caps in the delay circuit for the Output Relay are leaky or damaged.   see the attached schematic with the caps circled.
