Just to confirm..if it's a reissue Super Reverb OT, it's not 2 ohms? I thought they ran at 2 ohms.

You're right, 2 ohms for the Super Rev. Whomever repaired the amp, probably just stuck that in there to sell the amp. You would really need to replace it for it to be right, unless you can find two 4 ohm guitar speakers. Weber has a correct replacement OT for the GV-22. #W022848 is about the same size as the original OT, 40W, with 4 ohm output for $35. Or the #W404248 40W same size, but with 2-4-8 ohm taps for $46, or the larger Super Rev size 40W OT, #W018343 with 2-4-8 ohm outputs for $58. I've used them in both Fender repairs and clone builds and they're good sounding and reliable.
