v-4/vt-22 sensitivity question

OK...when you use the mid control, which frequency setting do you use

Got the settings from the last time I played in the gym.

Rocker position - Ultra Hi (far right)
Rocker position - Mid (center)
Rocker position - Ultra Low (far left)

Volume = (10:00 position)
Treble = (11:00 position)
Mid = + 8 (2:30 position)
Bass = (2:00 position)

No pedals - Bass guitar volume and tone full (don't believe in throwing away any sound). One 12AX7 is RCA, and the other is Mullard. That gives me a choice of the warm clean RCA & the growl of the Mullard.

With my PBass and Jazz Flats, it gives me as close to "The" sound for me as I've been able to find so far.

Any thoughts now on the 250 vs. 500pf caps?
