According to my 1975 Ampeg Replacement parts Catalog, The 8930024 is a G-15 (Gemini 15/Gemini II) Transformer. under the description they list it as "PT-113A--G-15"

between 1966 and 1969 Ampeg was sold twice, so suppliers probably changed. but the transformer should be pretty much the same.
