Ampeg Reverberocket 2 GS12R
#1
New to the forum and could really use some help. I have a few questions regarding my ampeg reverberocket 2.

First, the bass content of this amp seems pretty low. I remember reading that these are pretty warm bass heavy amps. I'm thinking mine has something wrong with it- the bass control does work- but there is a very slight difference between turning the control all the way down versus all the way up (even with treble set in different positions)

What capacitor could I try replacing to help this out?

Next,
I cannot figure out how these two gold caps(in picture) fit into the schematic. they are soldered onto the cap can and power tube sockets. Maybe they were added to aid a failing can cap? Id like to just replace the can cap but im not sure how to solder it all up. does anyone have a close up picture of their cap can wiring?

Reverb-
the reverb on this amp is super bright. i know there's a capacitor that is in control of this. ANy ideas which one it is on the board? with all the different models and schematics i'm having trouble following any one schematic.

any help would be greatly appreciated! If you cant help but know where I could post to receive some, id be grateful for some direction!
