I have always intended to expand Vintageampeg.com to include Amp pages for each model, but I am pretty busy and admit that the time isn't there at the moment.
The ampeg Book is by far the most complete resource.
If your first question was asking if all the portaflex amps were bass amps, the answer is no. typically the B12s were a bit more guitar/accordion focused. while the B15 and B18 were bass focused.
