The M-12 came back from the tech and is now in ship shape; just waiting for a new speaker from Weber. As I mentioned in another post, the amp came with two adapters for using 12AX7s in place of the 6SL7s so I've been experimenting. I like the way the amp breaks up with the 12AX7s but it is a nicer jazz amp with the 6SL7s, so I used the 6SL7s on a quiet jazz gig (guitar and string bass) and when I work with my roots band I'll be dropping in the 12AX&s. Nice to have the option.
Of course this is all hypothetical because I know that I'm going to use the Reverberocket in the roots band. It's being recapped and also waiting for a Weber speaker.
