Do away w/ the 6k11
#1
Joe & Neal @ Orville Amp Tech (Little Compton, RI) have a PCB that does away w/ the 6K11.

Currently they offer on Ebay, but I think Bruce @ Fliptops should get in on it.

They also have a replacement for the large PCB.

So now all parts can be had to make that v4/vt22 "future proof"

Those boards are very well made. Joe and Neal have done a really great job.
with the 6K11 becoming harder to find and more expensive, their replacement board is the best solution.

props to the guys at Orville for making these!

I bought one of the Orville main boards. It is very robust and well made. (I did have to drill out the centers for the tube sockets as they were too small for the originals). It was about $70 w/free shipping. A bit pricey but as soon as I get the filter caps straightened out, I believe worth it.
